It is an old hotel. The windows do not open. Beds comfortable. Bathroom clean. No resturant on site.

Reception staff was friendly and courteous.

The breakfast area did not nearly accommodate the guests. When I asked if there were trays to take food to room, I was told there were trays in rooms.

Handy for our purposes. Shuttle service quick and friendly. Hotel needs some updating.

Great lobby. Complementary breakfast was good.

No 24 hour coffee. Rooms were decorated in too dark colors.

The hotels most appealing feature is its intriguing interior appearance which is a combination of refinement and a lodge inspired motif. As for the guestrooms, they do leave something to be desired as they dont exhibit too engrossing a décor. Although they are kept clean and offer up-to-date appointments. The customer service is one area for improvement as the staff isnt particularly motivated to be efficient or answer complaints promptly
