The 145-room Courtyard Seattle Kirkland is one of Seattle's newest Marriott hotels and has facilities and services to suit both the leisure and business traveler. The four-story, non-smoking property is located close to the cities of Bellevue, Redmond and Seattle. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel is near the offices of Microsoft Corporation, Evergreen Hospital, Red Hook Brewery and the historic Washington wineries. There are four golf courses a short drive from the property and other attractions nearby include factory tours at the Boeing Future of Flight Museum and the Bellevue Botanical Gardens.

This hotel is very much the new kid on the block, and the customers like it very much. Those who have stayed here say the modern facilities all worked well. There were good comments about the architecture, swimming pool, gym, sauna and very comfortable beds. All the guestrooms, and five suites, have a large work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, refrigerator, microwave oven, cable television with movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and two-line telephone with voicemail.

The Courtyard Café is open for breakfast and dinner and room service is available in the evenings from 5pm until 10pm. There are several restaurants a short drive from the hotel including Lai Thai, the Purple Café and Wine Bar and the 21 Central Prime Steakhouse. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and an exercise room. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and information on area events and attractions. Other amenities include a coin-operated laundry, fax and copying services, vending machines and valet-dry cleaning.

From Seattle-Tacoma Airport (SEA) 23 miles: Follow the signs to freeway I-405 North. Take I-405 North toward Renton/Bellevue. Take NE 124th Street ramp at exit 20B. Turn left onto NE 124th. Hotel is three blocks up (.5 miles) on the left-hand side of the street.
