Clean and efficient/location was great.

No elevator/mother in law had knee replacements/steps difficult.

The 97-room Comfort Inn Kirkland is 20 miles from downtown Seattle and provides affordable quality accommodation for both the business and pleasure traveler. Items included with the room rate at this two-story motel are a deluxe continental breakfast, a managers reception on midweek evenings, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a newspaper on weekday mornings, in-room coffee and parking. The property has easy access to Interstate 405. Area landmarks and attractions include Lake Washington, the Lynnwood Convention Center, Chateau Ste. This is a very affordable Comfort Inn in a nice location close to the expressway and the team of employees here is polite and has good knowledge about the sights to see in the area. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. There were some minor moans that the rooms and bathrooms were a little small. Despite this most guests said they would stay here again on future visits to Kirkland and had no problem recommending the property to fellow travelers.
