Clean hotel, a little hard to find, tucked away up a hill behind the mall, but overall a good value for the money.

Free breakfast every morning in the lobby.

Internet was broken for most of the time we were there.

We couldn't use pool or hot tub because they were so full of noisy kids. Won't stay here again.

Good location.

Room was not ready, gave us smoking when we asked for non-smoking, pool was full of noisy kids.

Most visitors to this Comfort Inn said it was reasonably priced and in a good location, one block from the Columbia Center, the largest shopping mall is southeastern Washington. The employees did a fine job in providing efficient and friendly service. Several guest said the accommodation was clean and spacious but was starting to look a little dated. Despite this most clients said they would return to this inn and recommend the property to others.
