They had one really amazing young lady at the desk, who got us a rare brochure on Mt. St. Helens, was very knowledgeable about where to go and when, and was ready to phone around town to find a hotel that had an operational pool because theirs was out. She gave us a discount on our rooms so we took that instead. It is a total disservice to her that we forget her name now.

One very professional desk staffer was ready to phone all local hotels to place us because their pool was broken.

It was a challenge to find because of 1-way streets in Kelso.

Best Western Aladdin Motor Inn Kelso offers a unique and opportunistic jumping point for leisure travelers, who can easily reach such natural attractions with ease as Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument, Columbia River Gorge and Pacific Ocean beaches. Business travelers will appreciate that Cowlitz Regional Conference and Special Events Center is a few blocks away. Family travelers can take the kids to Kelso Rotary Spray Park where kids can play at the spray park. During your stay you wont be far from an enticing eatery, however you can dig into the hotels free continental breakfast which can enjoyed while accessing complimentary wireless internet or reading a free newspaper. The staff at the front desk is of service 24-hours. Easy snacks can be acquired from various vending machines available. All guests can access the internet from their rooms.

One of the hotels best features is its convenient location as it is near Longview/Kelso area´s most popular attrtactions, the I-5 and restaurants. The staff is efficient however they don´t put much effort to make guests feel welcomed. Guestrooms are not spacious, but are well-kept and come with many great amenities. Breakfast is worthwhile and comes with hardboilied eggs, rolls, ceraels and a selection of fruits. The swimming pool is a good size and well maintained.
