The hotel was clean and well maintained. It is perfect location if you need to go to both Tacoma and Seattle. The room has no extra's but perfectly matched that of a two star hotel, which we needed last minute.
it was a cheap last minute trip and we got our money worth and more

The area this hotel is located in is run down and dumpy. You could tell the hotel building was old but had recently been renovated. Fairly conveniently located to the freeway, shopping and restaurants.
Free breakfast was great.
Too small of a parking lot - towing a car trailer.

I choose this hotel because of the 'waffles' breakfast, but there was no fruit other than very green bananas and no protein offered. I expected at least hard boiled eggs. Breakfast was included with the cost of the room, which was nice, but I would have been happier with a gift certificate to McDonalds for this meal.
Free wife.
Mattress was springy and stiff.

This was a Holiday Inn Express and now as a Days Inn it gets positive reviews about its good location close to the expressway and near restaurants. Many clients say the property offer great value and the rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Several guests said the complimentary breakfast was better than expected and made a great start to a morning in Washington. Most visitors had no problem recommending this motel to fellow travelers and said they would stay here themselves on future visits to Federal Way.
