Staff was rude. Used fowl language. No elevators to help handicapped individuals. Staff not trained to answer questions. Worst staff I have ever encountered.

From the superb continental breakfast waffles in the morning to the fresh baked cookies in the evening, newspapers, fresh apples and excellent location relative to restaurants, stores and town, this is an excellent value!

No Elevators, rude staff, worn out beds, narrow parking spaces, noisey rooms, right on freeway, avoid this place.

The facility was nice. The grounds were nicely kept and the rooms were decent. The breakfast room appeared to be nice, however the design was poor in that the guests got bottled up in a "V" (constructive criticism only). Food and selection was good however. All in all there is nothing to complain about.

I was very impressed with the "expanded" continental breakfast! A much better than average selection. I will be in Bellingham again in about a month and plan to stay at the same place. The beds were quite comfortable and the rooms were very clean. It is practically in the middle of the BellisFair mall and within 5 minutes or less of several nice restaurants. Excellent!!

This Best Western is your typical run-of-the mill property next to the loud interstate, no elevators only stairs, no restaurant but an adequate continental breakfast, an outdoor pool that could really be related to a horse trough, and stone age technology in the rooms with old-style french phones and no consideration for the business traveler whatsoever.
