The rooms were clean and attractive. Though the parking is a little compact for a full service pickup or SUV, the hotel makes up for it with its great location. The Starbucks located in the lobby was convenient as well as the free internet provided in the lobby area.

The location was great. We were only a short walk away from Bell Square which was the purpose of the trip.

The parking was a little too compact for comfort in our Toyota Tundra.

The 241-room Courtyard Seattle Bellevue/Downtown provides affordable quality accommodation for both the business traveler and families on vacation. The five-story, non-smoking property is a 15-minute drive from downtown Seattle and close to the 250 stores at the Bellevue Square Mall. There are four meeting rooms for social or business functions. The largest can accommodate 250 guests. The area is known for its outdoor activities. There are six golf courses close to the property. Kayaking and water-skiing is available at Lake Washington and there are tennis courts, hiking, and biking trails nearby. Other area attractions include the Bellevue Botanical Gardens, the Ballard Locks, Pike Place Market and the Woodland Park Zoo.

Many couples found this a great place for a weekend getaway. The rates were reasonable and the location ideal. The hotel is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the Bellevue Arts Museum. Several former visitors said the employees were helpful with good information on where to go and what to see. Most clients said they would return to this inn on future visits to the area and had no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
