Hampton Inn Navy Yard is extremely convenient to the Nationals Baseball stadium, in addition to a Subway station. Parking is excellent, but there is a fee. The hotel staff was extremely helpful. The only draw back it is in a slightly sketchy neighborhood for walking at night.

New and totally non-smoking hotel.

Extremely noisy party animals next door to me.

The rooms were very comfortable. The beds were lined with pillows and nice linen, however you have to request for change of linen. This was not explained at the desk. I happened to see the pamphlet in the room as I was cleaning up to leave. Very convenient to the subway, which is a plus in Washington, D.C. However, we heard gunshots while walking to our hotel, which made us feel unsafe.

It was obvious that this was a higher rated hotel than the star 2 moderate.

The area and room service. No change of linen unless asked.

Courtyard by Marriott Capitol Hill Navy Yard, five miles from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, has all modern facilities, including a whirlpool, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, restaurant and lounge. Marriott also provides high-speed Internet and coffee / tea in lobby and room free-of-cost. Guests can take advantage of express check-in and check-out, and local restaurant dinner delivery service. The hotel, a short walk from Navy Yard metro station, offers easy access to Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, the Washington Convention Center and Washington Navy Yard. This easily accessible property offers a complete range of facilities for an enjoyable stay. Almost all visitors were pleased with clean comfy tastefully decorated rooms, accommodating staff, indoor swimming pool, bar, reasonably priced breakfast, parking, location and value for the money spent. However, a few guests griped about limited room service and untrained staff.
