Very comfortable room located in Downtown D.C. Complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day. Liked having a pool available for the kids. Overall, it's a keeper.

A recently-constructed hotel with rooms in a pleasing, modern design. The location is very convenient, but the surrounding area is still seedy and feels decayed after. Rooms are comfortable with large bathrooms and free Internet access. A free buffet breakfast is provided, but there is no other restaurant. This is not a problem, since the hotel is 2 blocks from a large variety of restaurants in Chinatown. The DC Metro is also 2 blocks away.

Very nice and comfortable room design. Free breakfast.

The 2-block-area around the hotel is still seedy at night.

Good location only a few blocks to the Chinatown metro station. A fairly new hotel 2 years old, and very clean. Nice breakfast area included in the price of the hotel. An additional $25.00 a night for underground parking if you have a car. We would stay there again.

Very friendly and attentive staff.

A little pricey for a Hampton Inn.

When you stay at the Hampton Inn in Washington, Washington, D.C., you'll find many things to do. You'll also find the Verizon Center close by which has both college and professional sports and hundreds of concerts each year. The International Spy Museum has the largest collection of spy artifacts anywhere in the world and a fantastic gift shop and restaurant. Your entire family will enjoy the enchanted forest which is a fairyland-theme amusement park. There are storybook exhibits, golf, rides and a petting zoo. Restaurants in the area include Ruby Tuesday's, Tony Cheng's, Ruth's Chris Steak House. Ask the friendly multi-lingual staff if you have any questions or need directions.

Yes, I would recommend the Hampton Inn in Washington, Washington-D.C. to my family and friends. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The breakfast is tasty and food is well stocked. Cookies and lemonade served in the evening. Guest rooms are big and very clean. The beds are comfortable and have lots of pillows. The location is great and near restaurants and some attractions.
