The Bloomingdale Inn, a Victorian townhouse, is an urban bred and breakfast hotel. The inn, facing McMillan Reservoir space, is convenient to the central business district, government offices and tourist attractions. D.C. Metro stations, Children’s Hospital and Washington Hospital Center are within walking distance. Highlights of the inn include high ceilings, fireplaces and guestrooms with unique character. Accommodations on monthly or weekly basis are also available. The onsite event space is ideal for small seminars, meetings and retreats. Daily maid service, evening treats and ample on-street parking are a big plus.

This historic property has all essential facilities for a comfortable stay. Most of the guests enjoyed their stay at the inn and would not mind staying here again. They appreciated gracious and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, price and spotless well-furnished comfy rooms. However, sketchy neighborhood and location were major concerns of some visitors. Bloomingdale Inn Accommodations
The inn has nine sleeping rooms. The 3-bedroom suites feature private baths, AC units, AM/FM/CD clock radios, extra pillows and hairdryers. Very large room even has a convertible love seat.
Amenities offered
Each floor has a sitting area to relax and interact with friends and family. The common areas are also equipped with telephones, VCR and cable television. The hotel serves continental breakfast, consisting of tea, fresh-ground Italian Roast coffee, juice, assorted dry and hot cereals, assorted jams and marmalades, fresh fruit, yogurt, whole grain toast, English muffins and berries daily. Guests can take advantage of maps and tour books; laundry facility; and kitchen. The onsite business center has a fax machine, PC, printer and Internet.
