Pros:Beautiful Lobby, friendly staff, great locationCons:Very expensive, No free internet, no moisturizer in the bathrooms, expensive parking($26/day)Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Staff were friendly and understanding. They even waived our telephone charges up to $25 that we did not expect to see. (AT &T operated calls cost $8/call, so please read the phone rates before using it)

This upscale hotel, above the Metro station, provides an assortment of comforts. Except for a few guests, all raved about clean and roomy accommodations with comfy beds, Starbucks, Deli for quick snacks, location, friendly staff, impressive architecture, beautiful lobby featuring waterfalls, good breakfast and price. A few guests were unhappy about overpriced Internet, food and drinks; slow elevators; musty and damp rooms with malfunctioning AC; poor service; and lack of cleanliness.
