Give this hotel a 10. They did an excellent job and we had a wonderful stay while there. Would definitely return there on our next visit/trip to Williamsburg, VA.

This hotel met our expectations. We liked that there was bottled water and snacks waiting inside the room. There was also a complimentary fruit basket in the lobby. The room had plates, utensils and cups as well as complimentary coffee.

Location, situated away from the road.

Living area could have been cleaner.

The 120 all-suites SpringHill Suites by Marriott Williamsburg provides reasonably priced accommodation designed for families on vacation but equally suited to the business traveler. Items included in the room rate at this four-story, non-smoking hotel are a hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Area landmarks and attractions include 15 championship golf courses, Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, the College of William and Mary, Merchants Square Shopping district, Prime Outlets, the Williamsburg Winery and The Pottery. Families who stayed in one of the two-bedroom suites said there was ample space and the hotel made an ideal base for touring Virginias historic triangle of Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Many guests were impressed by the clean and well decorated suites, reasonable rates and the team of efficient and friendly employees. Tip from former clients: The breakfast area can get crowded if the hotel is full which it often is in the summer. To insure more space arrive when the buffet first opens.
