Marriott Vacation Club Manor Club At Ford’s Colony is a Marriott time-share project comprising 276 one and two-bedroom villas ideally suited for family vacations and located close to Colonial Williamsburg. The non-smoking resort is set in woodlands and has hiking and biking trails, miniature golf and tennis. An 18-hole golf course is available at the nearby Ford’s Colony Country Club. Shopping opportunities close to the compex are Prime Outlets and the Williamsburg Outlet Mall. Area landmarks and attractions include the Jamestown Settlement, Yorktown Victory Center, Busch Gardens, Water Country USA and the Williamsburg Pottery.

Many families discovered this to be an ideal location for a vacation. There are many places to visit nearby, the accommodation is spacious and well equipped and the employees full of information of where to go and what to see. This Marriott time-share property is undergoing major renovations but those who stayed here said the work did not spoil their holiday – particularly as they had been warned about the work schedule. Marriott Vacation Club Manor Club At Fords Colony Accommodations

All the one and two bedroom villas have a separate living and dining area and full kitchen. The kitchens have a conventional and microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, coffee maker, toaster, stovetop and a full set of silverware and crockery. The televisions have cable movie and news channels. Other amenities include an in-room safe, fireplace, telephones with voice mail, iron and ironing board, alarm clock, DVD player, washer and dryer, pullout sofa bed and hairdryers. The bathrooms have separate showers and a bathtub with spray jets.

Amenities offered

There are four swimming pools – two indoor, and two outdoor – a fitness center and a full-service health spa. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and a list of restaurants that will deliver to the property. The Ford’s Country Club Harry’s Tavern is a short drive from the villas. Other amenities include a concierge desk, fax and copying services, a games room, a picnic area with barbecue grill and a gift shop and newsstand.

From I-64 West: Take Lightfoot Exit 234A (Rte. 199). Proceed on Rte. 199 East approximately 4.5 miles to Longhill Road. Exit (Rte. 612). Stay in right exit lane and turn right at stoplight onto Longhill Road. Proceed on Longhill Road for 2.4 miles to entrance to Ford's Colony on left. Turn left onto Ford's Colony Drive and go 1.1 miles. Follow traffic circle to St. Andrews Drive that veers to the right. Marriott's Manor Club entrance is on the left. There will be small signs directing you to Marriott's Manor Club.
