Fine Hotel - posted on 08/23/2006

We were pleased with the Hampton Inn Hotel in Williamsburg, Virginia. The rooms were fairly spacious and had all of the amenities that we would expect of a hotel. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and the hotel was centrally located providing easy access to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and other area tourist attractions.

This was a first class experience in with an affordable price. The beds were so comfy I wanted to take one home, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We could live here! - posted on 11/25/2006

This new hotel features HUGE suites with plenty of room to spread out in. Beds and sofa bed were comfy, rooms were clean, full size fridge and lots of cooking gear. Big storm and a leaky window meant a wet floor. Quick response from maintenance. Great staff!

Very nice - posted on 11/18/2006

The rooms were very nice! Travling with my husband & sister the suites were very comfortable.. Of course this hotel is new and very pretty.. We loved the breakfast . The girls in the breakfast area work very hard to keep it clean. The only thing it really is not in walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg. After walking all day there you could not carry packages and walk back to the hotel. If you have small children this walk would be out of question. We do loving staying at Hampton Inns.

Stay was acceptable - posted on 08/29/2006

Ordered two (2)adjoining rooms -- not provided. Of the two rooms provided, one smelled like a brewery saloon -- impossible to use even though attempts were made to clear the air. After about three hours a substitute room was provided (suite); very nice. Most distressing after a long ride to the hotel. Breakfest was quite good as usual.

Large Rooms - posted on 03/28/2006

We were visiting the College of William and Mary with our son. It was nice having 2 separate sleeping areas. He used the sleeper sofa. The rooms are nice and roomy, and I loved the large bathrooms. I highly recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed. It is also close to the College and colonial Williamsburg.

Just Right - posted on 09/19/2005

This is a very new Hampton Inn that proves the chain has gotten everything "just right" over the years. Great rooms, amenities, big pool, yummy well-stocked breakfast, everything just as I wanted it. Staff was friendly and make an extra effort to accomodate me on a special room request. Easy access to CW. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay - posted on 08/11/2005

The breakfast bar was excellent, though crowded at times. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, and major attractions are a few minutes drive. My main complaint is you have to navigate three doors to enter the hotel from the main parking lot in the back - very difficult with a luggage cart. We would definitely stay here again.

Made to feel like home! - posted on 10/21/2004

We spent a week and felt right at home. After a long day we had a comfortable suite to relax in. Service was wonderful, any special requests were taken care of right away. The young man who did housekeeping on the 4th floor did a great job and always had a smile for us. We plan to stay there whenever we visit Williamsburg in the future.
