This is a great hotel for the money with a very courteous staff from the front desk to the maid service. It was very clean and well kept.

Very nice hotel with an excellent continental breakfast.

Did not care for the pillows, they make you hot.

Overall, good experience. Enjoyed the public areas. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Thankful for the ability to consume some meals in our own room.

Family friendly suites. Enough space for 5 people (2 adults, 3 children).

Pool was a little chilly.

Hampton Inn and Suites Williamsburg Richmond Road is ideally located 2 miles from Historic Williamsburg. Visitors to Williamsburg are able to step back in history and experience the reenactment of the lives of craftpeople and other merchants from this era. Jamestown settlement and the College of William and Mary are within 10 miles of the hotel. The hotel is closeby to the Berkley Common Outlet Mall and Williamasburg Pottery. The hotel has services for both the business and leisure traveler. Given the extra spacious guest rooms the hotel is ideal for school visiting this historic area. Guests will appreciate many of the complimentary extras the hotel provides, such in room internet, a hot morning breakfast, a daily newspaper and tea and coffee which is always available in the lobby. Wireless access is also available in the lobby. Guests staying at the Hampton Inn can earn Hilton Honors rewards.

The biggest advanatage to staying at the Hampton Inn is consistency. Guests know what they are getting and Hampton Inn always delivers. The rooms are large and spacious with comfortable beds. They are well maintained and clean. Hampton Inn throws in many little extras at no charge which helps keep the cost of the room down. Guests appreciate the warm breakfast in the morning and are not stuck with a bill charging them for parking, internet service and water. Guests indicate they would stay here again. Given the large size of the rooms it is easy to accomodate larger families or groups without everyone tripping on each other.
