Lovely lobby and a nice staff. Dingy, dusty smoke discolored room.In desperate need of a total upgrade. The Motel 6 is a better option for the money.

This hotel was clean, staff was friendly and room was cozy. Great location close to all of the shopping and attractions in the Williamsburg area. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a quality hotel on a budget!

We found the Courtyard by Marriott Williamsburg to be excellent. The service was very good, the hotel was clean and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast buffet was reasonally priced and the food was varied and very good. This hotel is located in a an excellent area, very close to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg.

Stayed for four days to visit Busch Gardens/Water Country/Colonial Williamsburg. 1/4 mile in three directions to all locations. Great breakfast buffett, friendly staff, quiet, clean. Beautifully landscaped. Center of everything with great pool and patio. Wife and 2 teenage daughters had a great time.

This was the first time that I had ever stayed at a Courtyard. This hotel was absolutely perfect. I came here with my 7th grade son's band for a Busch Gardens trip. The front desk did not have the rooms I reserved so they gave me a bigger room at the same rate as one room. Staff is excellent!! This was the first time I didn't need to bring my own pillow and blanket to be comfortable and even the sofabed was as cofortable as the King bed. I would absolutely recommend Courtyard Williamsburg to everyone!!!
