Great Stay-Coffee can make a difference! - posted on 04/16/2007

Great hotel when traveling with kids. Loved the convenience to Busch Gardens. Very pleasant surroundings. Service very good. As an avid coffee drinker, I was dismayed my first morning when attempting to make coffee. The in room coffee maker was broken. There happened to be a hotel employee outside of my room. I informed her of my broken coffee pot, and she immediately returned with a brand new coffee maker. Acoustics could be a little better as well as the shower water pressure, however would stay again, with or without my children. Definately added to our great Easter break!

Good hotel - posted on 10/18/2006

The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was that we were awakened both mornings by housekeeping vacuuming because the walls are pretty thin. Other than that it was a good stay. Clean, good beds, perfect location if travelling to Busch Gardens.

WONDERFUL!!! - posted on 06/23/2006

We've stayed at this hotel every time we've gone to Busch Gardens. It is close to the park and provides great service whenever needed. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are big. We enjoyed the big breakfast provided and loved how kind the staff were. Definetely a five star place if you ask us!!!

Terrible Time - posted on 06/09/2006

This hotel was ok. The staff is rude and hovers over you at breakfast, they need to chill out! The pool is the best feature if you have children. We are VERY unhappy because we had little ones and they were woke up constantly by teenagers running the halls and slamming doors. We complained but they did it again the following night. The rooms were a little dated and could be upgraded.
