Overall we had a great stay, my girls loved getting up for breakfast they loved the variety. Employees were very pleasant. I think this is our new hotel to stay at when we are visiting relatives in the area.

Easy to locate from the Interstate, very nice employess, rooms were very clean, continental breakfast was wonderful.

The carpet in our room need better repair (staples were exposed), had a slight hard time getting the correct number of towels.

I was looking for comfort and relaxation and that's what my husband and I got. The beds were so comfortable. I love Norfolk and I will stay at the hotel from now on. I needed to get my hair done at the last min and the staff was great at helping me to find a salon.

The rooms were great, quiet and clean. I loved the bed as well.
