This is a nice hotel with a clean environment and helpful staff. Its closeness to the beach was nice and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Ocean front hotel with balcony; luxurious rooms with all the amenities; indoor pool; exercise room. Great location away from the crowded Virginia Beach lower boardwalk; lots of parking; friendly staff.

Great location; all the amenities (indoor pool; jacuzzi; fitness center; USA today newspaper; cookies in the afternoon; great staff).

I liked it all, can't wait to go back next year.

This hotel has a wonderful, picturesque location right on the beach. Both pools are wonderful and the rooms are very nice and clean. The location is superb--close to many different resturaunts and clubs.

Excellent location on the beach. Wonderful staff.

I cannot think of anything wrong with this hotel.

The 160-room Courtyard by Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront North is a full-service hotel located on the north end of Virginia Beach. The non-smoking, 11-story property is directly on the Virginia Beach boardwalk with easy access to the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel has three meeting rooms for social or business functions. The largest can accommodate 120 guests. The property is close to five golf courses, nature and hiking trails, the Virginia Marine Science Museum and the Ocean Breeze Fun Park.

All the guestrooms, and 60 suites, have ocean views and a work desk with high-speed Internet access, cable television with movie channels and pay-per-view movies, alarm clock, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, coffee and tea making facilities and two-line telephone with voicemail, speakerphone and data ports. Bathrooms come with a separate shower and bathtub with spray jets. There are video players and games available for rent. The two-room suites have the added benefit of a kitchenette.

The hotel has a tropical-style outdoor swimming pool that features rock waterfalls. When outdoor swimming is not available, there is a year-round indoor pool. The hotels Ocean Grill Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and there are two eating-places nearby, the Aqua Vi and the Isle of Capri. Families loved this Marriott property and said it was the ideal place for a family vacation. Many said they saw dolphins out at sea while they enjoyed swimming closer to shore. There were compliments for a competent and happy crew of employees, comfortable accommodation and the modern facilities. Several families planned to return and said they would recommend the hotel to family and friends.
