Pets are welcome too, though guests who leave their pets in their rooms (or cars) unattended risk getting the boot. Start your day out with a free continental breakfast, or lounge in the comfort of a newly furnished room. Business travelers can take advantage of the hotel's convenience to the airport, and various upgrades and services. Red Roof Inn remains a conscientious choice for travelers on business, or on vacation.

Overwhelming, former guests commented on the friendly staff, the clean rooms, and overall quality for the price. Red Roof Inn hasn't changed from a two-star hotel. It isn't dingy, but it won't offer the same amenities found at Hilton, or even Holiday Inn. You pay for internet service. The continental breakfast doesn't blow your socks off. The bell hop is missing, and concierge doesn't exist ... but if you need something, the manager will be happy to help you. For guests traveling to the Virginia Beach area for short-term business stays or to visit one of the naval bases, the money you spend here will be a good investment.
