If you need to have access to the Virginia Beach convention center, this hotel is two blocks away, which was perfect for me as a participant in the Rock 'N Roll Half Marathon. The trappings are not luxurious; they are modest. Everything was clean; hotel personnel were most helpful. Easy access to and out of town; has pool and free wi-fi; microwave, and refrigerator. Great for traveling on a budget. In a safe area. Enjoyed our stay. Should not be put off by the outward appearance which is not dazzling; just modest. Would recommnd.

The proximity to the Convention Center - two blocks away.

Outward appearance is a bit grungy.

For the rates it was a nice hotel for a few nights. The pool was awesome, and the service was exceptional. I would recommend this hotel, especially for anyone that may have small children; it was just far enough away from the hectic part of the beach but close enough to walk.

It was centrally located but yet away from hectic traffic.

Towels, if you are sun burned they can get a little rough.

This hotel is in a good location and the workers are very friendly. The room it's self is not that bad but to pay a fair price to be in a four block radius to the beachfront activates it was great. My daughter liked the outdoor pool. I did not like that fact that 2 hours before check out the hot water ran out and I was not the only one. My room was cleaned and new towels were put up. He tub looked a little dirty but it was okay. All in all it is an okay hotel to go to for a short travel vacation to the beach.

I liked the fact it was close to the beach area but a little far off and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was nice but the comforter had burn holes in them. They ran out of hot water.

The 97-room Quality Inn Pavilion is close to the Virginia Beach attractions and provides affordable accommodation for both the vacationer and business traveler. Not everyone who stayed at this Quality Inn was completely happy with their stay here. We still give it the YES rating because there were many vacationers who had a good time and appreciated the affordable rates and the location five blocks from the shores of Virginia Beach. Most of the employees here did a great job and several clients said they would stay here again and recommend the property to others.
