The hotel is quite good, the room and bed are very comfortable. I found the staff quite friendly but what really needs improvement is the room cleaning!! The pillows and the bed smell BAD!!! The floor of the shower/bath is black! --> please use bleach! I'm even afraid of getting some moulds on my feet! And in the hotel survey they focus just in the staff service but not in the main things, I don't care if in reception they call me by my first name or not, what I want is a clean room!
Needs Improvement: Cleaning of the Rooms!!!!

The staff was rude, hotel keys were demagnitized several times. Room smelled funny...I think cleaning solution. I will pass for my next business trip.

This is one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in...The staff was extremely nice and helpful and, of course the cookies, are wondeful.. We enjoyed a very leisure vacation relaxing here in comfort... Would definitely recommend and would go back.. This is better than a three star in my opinion..
