This hotel has a major problem with its shuttle service, causing more than one guest to wonder if it even exits. If it does, it has proved itself to be unreliable. Other problems included toilets that didn't work, smelly rooms and rude staff. Non-smokers should also be advised of smoky smells in non-smoking rooms as well as burns on the bed coverings. There wasn't any discernible airport noise, but there are apparent maintenance and safety issues, like missing bolt locks, that make these accommodations tank to the bottom of the list.
