Excellent hotel staff! They were friendly and attentive to all our needs and requests. The room was very clean and comfortable, as well as the entire hotel. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods, enough to please a family with three "picky" eaters. My family and I definitely plan to stay at this hotel on our next visit to Richmond.

Overall it was a good hotel and I would stay there again in the future. It met my expectations. I give it thumbs up.

It is what I expected. Clean, comfortable and located in a decent location.

The room was either freezing or not cool at all. Difficult to get it a comfortable level.

The 234-room Marriott Richmond West is a full-service hotel providing reasonably priced accommodation for both the business and leisure traveler. The six-story, non-smoking property is located in the Innsbrook business district, close to office parks, shopping and restaurants. Items included with the room rate are local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel has nine meeting rooms for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 370 guests. Nearby landmarks and attractions include three golf courses, the Cultural Arts Center of Glen Allen, the Richmond Coliseum, the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Richmond International Raceway, James River Plantation, Deep Run Park, the Kings Dominion theme park, the Black History Museum and the University of Richmond.
