The room and location were great. the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The first morning, the breakfast buffet was not replenished and the 2nd morning, room service could not fill our order.The free parking deck was a plus. All employees were friendly and helpful.

Ordered room service for breakfast and they called 10 minutes before delivery time and were out of 2 of the 4 items we had ordered

Our stay at the Radison Hotel in Historic Richmond was a very positive experience, and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. It was easy to get to from the interstate, and the Staff was professional, and friendly. The rooms were equipped with all the essentials, refrigerator, microwave, etc. Great showers and comfortable beds. I loved our view from the 15th floor.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was wonderful.

The TV didn't work well, but I believe it was the fault of the cable.

Generally the hotel is very cool and accommodating. The staff members are okay but some of them need to smile. This makes for good customer service.

The in house restaurant and bar is fantastic.

I would definitely recommend the Doubletree Richmond Downtown Hotel. Guests who have posted online reviews have been pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the hotel, both the rooms, the common areas and the bathrooms. Some guests were upset about the price of the valet parking, and others were annoyed that downtown Richmond didn't have a lot of street parking available. Guests who have stayed here when it was a Radisson claim to have noticed a big difference since Doubletree took over and noted so in their reviews. Most guests were pleased with the quality of the food in the restaurant and the friendly staff.
