I prefer this hotel, to any of the Marriott Hotels or suites, my wife has purchased.The rooms were very comfortable. The rooms were very spacious. The color and fabrics used to decorate the rooms make that warm and inviting.

It was spacious. The bed was beautiful.

Since our car broke down, we regret only staying there one night.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The valet parking for Richmond is very reasonable and the location was great! I would definitely stay there again, especially for the price.

I loved the room & the suites. The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly.

The water took a while to get hot.

The hotel offers all the basics for convenience and comfort. Many visitors were pleased with calm neighborhood, nice views of the Capitol, roomy tastefully decorated suites, wide screen flat televisions, floor-to-ceiling windows, gym, free Wi-Fi, valet service and professional staff. However, some visitors complained about foul smell in the hallway, musty rooms, high parking fee and poor customer service.
