Very pleasant experice. This was by far the cleanest, most comfortable room I had in the Norfolk/VA Beach area. Tastefully decorate, comfy beds & bedding. Felt safe & secure here.

I had decided to stay close to the airport the night before my flight. My check in was fine until I got to my room and it smelled foul. I asked for a new room, which I was switched promptly. The new room was adequate. I had an issue with the restaurant and when I asked for a hotel manager, I was told they would call me shortly. Well, I am still waiting. I think they are overpriced for a Holiday Inn!

This was not what I was expecting when I booked at a Holiday Inn. Lobby was gorgeous, with marble, dark woods, fireplace, fountain - really classy. The rooms were great too - clean, firm mattress, good quality sheets, and internet access that actually works consistently. All the staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel like they really cared. Kudos to this hotel for making an unexpected layover a pleasant surprise.

Everything was outstanding (except the pool being closed). Was not expecting a great meal, but was pleasantly surprised by selection and preparation.

This was a clean, visually pleasing hotel. Despite lots of wedding guests, conventioneers and military families, the room was quiet. The only downside was food service shut down at 9:00 PM on Friday...three minutes after our arrival. I'll go back.

This hotel is the best you'll find! The rooms are perfect, with rich woods and spa-like bathrooms. Super friendly staff, great amenities, everything you could possible want at your fingertips! Not a thing was wrong, nothing left me with a bad feeling. Relaxing to the nth degree!

I enjoyed the place; will stay there on next flying trip.Nice to leave my van there and not have to worry about it. I could not find thermostat in room; the desk explained where it was - sort of a bad place to be noticed.
