I would stay here again as it was conveniently located to shopping and dining. Felt very safe as the police station was just up the street. Very convenient location to the Norfolk airport. Staff was friendly. My only complaint was the whirlpool jets were barely working.

Pool was great.

The hotel seems quite new, probably less than a year old. It is near the main interstate (I-64), making access to almost anywhere in the area convenient. Although not "at" the airport, it is within about a five minute drive. The staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient. The bedroom was large, with a large bureau and TV. Contrast to the "sitting room" which was a bit small, but had a second TV. I entertained family in the sitting room for a few hours, and we were all comfortable. A small kitchenette finishes the suite. Be sure to reserve one of the few suites. There are 4 double (bed) suites, 4 king suites, and 4 king with Jacuzzi tub suites.

The suite was reasonably priced and comfortable. The staff knew my name every time.

I can think of nothing I did not like.

The hotel was clean and in a nice part of town. The staff were professional, but not very friendly. For the price, a complimentary continental breakfast should be included. Airport shuttle was very convenient, and the drivers were helpful and friendly.
