Everyone that work at the hotel were very friendly. I love the way the beds felt. and the food was good too. I will be staying there again the in furture.

I had called the hotel early on after making the reservation online to request a non-smoking room. I called to confirm everything the day before arrival and again was told I had a non-smoking room, but upon arrival I was told that there were no more non-smoking rooms available.

Rooms very old, worn carpet...moldy tubs/showers. Hotel undergoing some renovation which they don't tell you about. Friendly staff, just very worn and tired rooms. Doubletree 1 mile away much nicer. Moved there for 2nd night. Club level lounge only open 4 nights per wk, again they don't tell you.
