Great price for a last minute reservation. Love the convenience of having the sink, microwave, and fridge in the room. Staff was helpful in locating a 24-hour drug store when I checked in as well as with providing a map. Would recommend this to others as a clean, friendly, and reasonably priced accommodation in the Nova/DC area.

Great price at the last minute. Ended up getting a handicapped room with a huge bathroom, so it was nice.

If I had to pick something that I didn't like, it would be that the couch and chair fabric didn't match. Other than that, it was great.

It is a good place to stay over night or so if you have any business near airport IAD (International Airport at Dulles near DC).5 minutes to the airport, 10 minutes to Tyson's corner/Mclean and 20 minutes or so to Downtown DC. It has great breakfast; staff wasn't the friendliest, though. The room itself is spacious enough, and the bathroom is neat. The shampoo/conditioner and the soap bars weren't so good. Even though the mattress was okay, I wasn't too happy with the sheets they had for the beds. The TV was pretty big as advertised. All the appliances in the room were as described with a small fridge/faucet/coffee maker/ free internet etc. all things considered/ great value for the price!

Great breakfast/ good bathroom/ moderate sized room/ relatively cheap price/ great location for IAD.

Less than perfect sheets/comforts/ not so good shampoo/conditioner/soap bars.

The 136 all-suites Springhill Suites by Marriott Herndon Reston provides economically priced accommodation for both the business traveler and families on vacation. The four-story, non-smoking hotel is five miles from Washington Dulles International Airport in an area known as the High Tech Corridor of Northern Virginia. The property is close to the city centers of both Reston and Herndon. Items included in the room rate are a breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, a morning newspaper, parking, local telephone calls and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel is five miles from the golf course at Herndon Country Club and 22 miles from Washington DC. Nearby attractions include the Tysons Corner Shopping Mall, Manassas Battle Fields and the National Air and Space Museum.

Great rates, great breakfast, and a great team of employees: That is the opinion of many who have stayed at this Marriott property. Some families used this hotel as a base for exploring the nations capital. The train journey into DC was less than an hour and they say they saved a lot of money by not paying the more expensive hotel rates in Washington. Many former clients say they will stay here again and plan to recommend the property to family and friends.
