The hotel is located in a nice litle development of other lodging properties and is nicely kept and run.

Located close to the exit. Quite and private.

I didn't get to use the pool. Too busy.

The three-story, non-smoking hotel is located close to the airport and a short drive from downtown Washington DC, Dulles Town Center, Leesburg Outlet Shopping and the Dulles Expo and Convention Center. Several families said that this hotel made an ideal base for touring the area, including the nations capital. The rates were reasonable and the employees were friendly, efficient and full of information about places to visit. The picnic and barbecue area poolside was a popular meeting spot after a day of sightseeing.
