Overall one of the better hotels stays that I have experienced. My only complaints were the weak jets in the hot tub and the shower intermittent hot and cold. Staff was very nice.

This hotel was relatively clean. The bathroom was a little dated though. We liked the king size beds and sofa bed in the room. The employees were friendly.
Non-smoking in the entire hotel.

Regular visitors to Chester rate that as one of the best places to stay. The rates are reasonable, the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable and the happy team of employees are both efficient and friendly. There were good reviews about the indoor swimming pool and spacious bathrooms which had a separate shower and bathtub. Most guests had no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others and said they will stay here on future visits to the Richmond area.
