The hotel is spacious and surprisingly quiet for the size. The front desk and room service staff were polite and agreeable far exceeding our expectations. Close to the main street historic district as well as many other choices for shopping, dining and entertainment.

Very polite staff and fast service when an item was needed.

The food at the hotel restaurant . The main entry area location was a bit confusing.

This hotel is very nice for people visiting Charlottesville, especially if you have a student at UVA. They are one of only a few in the area with an indoor pool.

Staff was nice. Indoor pool.

Phone in room was not working.

Many visitors to Charlottesville were pleasantly surprised with the comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms and the affordable rates at this Holiday Inn. There were positive comments about good sound proofing between the rooms and a cheerful team of employees that was both cordial and helpful. There were some minor moans that some of the accommodation was looking a little dated. Despite this most travelers said they would stay here again and recommend this property to others.
