The hotel was very clean and extremely comfortable. Their fitness center could stand to have some improvement, but otherwise it was a great hotel!

Clean and modern, super comfy beds.

The location was a little bit off the beaten path and the fitness center left something to be desired.

The pet-friendly Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Bristol Conference Center provides quality accommodation at an affordable price for both the business traveler and families on vacation. The 10-story full service hotel comprises 226 rooms including 16 concierge suites, two presidential suites, and a honeymoon suite. The property has Bristol's largest banquet and meeting room facilities that can accommodate 700 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include three golf courses, the Appalachian Trail, Rocky Mount, Sugar Hollow Park Wetlands, Virginia Creeper Trail, Natural Tunnel State Park, Bristol Motor Speedway and shopping at the Bristol Mall and Fort Henry Mall.

The majority of visitors to Bristol who stayed at this Holiday Inn said it was a great hotel with great prices and in a good location, close to stores and restaurants. Some clients complained that the Internet connection was very S L O W but since it was free they didnt complaint. Most clients said they would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here themselves if they returned to the Bristol area.
