called ahead and asked for 2 beds, 4 in room. Arrived to 1 king size. Were told would get roll-away. None available. 2 slept on floor. Dirty dishes in hallway from dinner still there at 9:00 AM Room was clean, THE bed was very nice

Forked over 13.00 cab fare since the free airport shuttle line was fifty people. Hotel refused to dispatch extra shuttles when requested. Asked for a quiet room (was concerned about airport noise - don't be) ended up next to water pump that ran every 20min. Otherwise nice room/beds. DO NOT RENT A CAR!!! if your destinations are accessible via the Metro rail/bus (go on line for map). All garage/lot parking is expensive and the metrostop is inside the building - you don't have to go outside. Driving is a liability in DC - witnessed road rage & bad drivers everyday.

We were so happy that we chose this hotel for our stay in DC. Its right next to a Metro stop which makes it so convenient to get in and out of DC, the staff were so warm and accommodating, the rooms were large and the bed was so comfortable. The pool and fitness center was more an extra for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend!!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The new bedding is very plush. We had no difficulty getting around town on the Metro, and avoided the headache of driving/parking in an unfamiliar city. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was everything we could have expected.

My husband and I stayed here for a 2 day sight -seeing trip to DC. We had free shuttle service to and from the hotel to the airport and they were very prompt. The room was clean and the bed was fabulous! We had the breakfast buffet which was well worth the price. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Staff was polite and courteous - I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. We loved the proximity to the Metro - never had to go outside to get it.

We were a group of 2 couples staying for the weekend. Easy to get to. All 4 of us could stay in the same room with no extra charges, $*/night--a great price compared to other hotels in DC. Easy metro access under hotel, 2 stops from mall area. Bin1700 restaurant was awesome, with delicious food from simple burgers to creative crabcakes. We enjoyed coffee from the Starbucks stand in the lobby every morning. Underground mall was great for grabbing quick food or drugstore needs. Restuarant row around the corner had unique and delicious places to eat.

This was our first visit to DC. The location for this hotel was perfect, because you don't have to walk outside to get to the metrorail, and you can get to anywhere in DC in minutes - plus the location of the hotel is in a quiet and clean neighborhood. The beds were extremely comforable and rooms very clean. The best is that there are many restaurants and stores in the shopping area under the hotel for easy/affordable access - including a drug store. I will definately recommend this hotel to our friends who travel there.

Enjoyed this Marriott very much. Deserves more than 3 stars! Very handy to the Pentagon and other DC attractions.

Full service motel. Rooms roomy and clean. You can't beat the convenince. Metro right below makes travel to DC quick and easy. Breakfast buffet wonderful. Only complaint would be the pool. For a hotel this size the pool is too small and only 3 1/2 " deep. Will stay here every visit

I stayed here for a convention. You can't beat having the Metro station underground. They were redoing their restaurants when I was there, so that can improve. Pool could be better, but I didn't go to DC for the pool.

A great time was had by all, will be making another trip next year and would not stay any place else. Breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. Metro down stairs could not be beat.

A beautiful large convention hotel in the midst of busy Crystal City. Easy to get to the metro,Starbucks in the lobby. Rooms were clean & large but the flat sheets have to go. They also have to instruct their staff on how to make a bed properly. Other than that, A+.

Checking in with front desk was a comedy of errors (arrogant attitude,placed me in wrong room type, couldn't find my confirmed reservation, etc.) at 1 AM with no apology or empathy. Phone in room didn't work properly and didn't bother to address due to general lack of concern experienced from staff. Rooms are nice though, and underground Metro is ultimate in convenience. If Metro and cabs suffice for trip do not drive to hotel to avoid $21 nightly parking fee.

We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, and very clean rooms. Starbucks in lobby!! The pool was also nice. 1/2 indoor 1/2 outdoor. The mall underground was a bonus, and the metro tram was easy to walk to. We will pick this hotal again. Our only complaint is that the flat sheets used on our bed, did not stay tucked in, and we found ourselves waking up to the bare mattress a couple times.
