Hotel was in a nice area, between a sort of desolate financial district-type area with metro stop and another revitalized quirky shop/national chain shop area but actually situated in an area of local residential and tree-lined apartment housing.

The proximity of the hotel to Washington Dc is a real plus, as for business travelers like me, being close and saving travel time counts most. The room was very clean and spacious. I had an excellent stay.

Very accessible to Washington DC and room was very clean.

The 162-room Courtyard by Marriott Rosslyn Arlington was designed for the business traveler but has facilities well suited to families on vacation wanting to explore the wonders of Washington DC. The 10-story non-smoking hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to the local DC metro station and area businesses. Other items included in the room rate are high-speed Internet access, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel has meeting space available that can accommodate 40 guests for social or business functions. The property is only minutes from downtown Washington, historic Georgetown and the Reagan National Airport. Landmarks and attractions nearby include the Pentagon, Arlington National Cemetery, the Washington Monument, Jefferson Memorial, Lincoln Memorial, the Smithsonian Museums, Iwo Jima Memorial and the National Zoo.

Former visitors to this Courtyard say they received excellent value for their dollar and were extremely happy with the level of hospitality and service given by the staff. Other plus factors were the numerous dining options nearby and it was easy to get to so many of the attractions in the nations capital.
