I traveled with my son and his cousins. this hotel is close to the train station. Overall I felt safe since it was not olcated in a busy area. Staff was excellent providing us with travel directions to everywhere!

Customer service was excellent, breakfast was good too. The location is wonderful because the metro station is just a block away.

The hotel needs a little TLC...but a night shift member was very thoughtful and considerate...I contact the hotel when I realized the direction given on the map I got at the rental car station were wrong, and she stay on the phone with me, even took my cell number in case we were disconnect during periods when she had to put me hold to attent to other matters. She guided me safely to the front door of the hotel....which made the whole Hyatt stay 100% better. She deserves a raise.

Hotel was beautiful, really enjoyed the stay and will stay again only one issue the hotel the smell of the hallway when we got off the elevator.

We enjoyed the complimentary frig in the room. Metro only 1 block away - easy access to DC. Ruby Tuesday's across the street. Free parking on weekends! Really would have enjoyed a complimentary breakfast though. We brought breakfast foods to eat in our room instead. Would definately stay here on our next visit to DC.

Great location, but the hotel is dated. Rooms are very small. Bathrooms are old with old plumbing and mold in my shower. Crowded self-parking garage with small parking spaces. Didn't have a phone book in my room, and when I called front desk for one they told me the pay phone had one that I could come down and use.

Located in a business district, which was quiet on weekend, but limited restaurants etc. Hotel breakfast service was good.

I made my reservation well in advance and when we arrived they did not have a room for us. We were placed in the living room of a suite (the living area was not being used-just the bedroom) with a fold out sofa and a roll away bed. They told us we would be moved the next morning. We also had an air conditioning problem in this room. We were moved the next day to an appropriate room. The personnel were all very professional and very nice. They were as helpful as they could be given the problems.

This hotel is in a super location literally one block from the Metro station. Very convenient to get wherever you want to go. Staff was very friendly & helpful - even helped us find what movies were playing when and where.

The hotel is very attractive and comfortably furnished. All restaurants nearby shut down on the weekends because it's a business area. It would have been nice if they provided something for a Continental breakfast. Service was great - my hairdryer broke and someone was at my door with a new one within 5 minutes.

I was in Arlington for a conference and this hotel is convenient to the location. The hotel is around the corner from the Metro. The restaurant is great and the staff is super. I will be returning.

What a bad experience. From toliets that would not flush to staff that was not interested in helping. It took three trips to the desk even to get a remote that worked the TV. There were three of us in the room and we had to ask every day for extra an set of towels. Was this a real Hyatt?

There is nothing extra fancy about this place, but it is just a very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean and the food is delicious.
