Sheraton Crystal City Hotel in Arlington Virginia

The friendly, helpful staff at this hotel made our trip very enjoyable. They helped us with transportation and restaurants. The food at the wedding was plentiful and delicious. My next vacation will be at a Sheraton.

1/2 mile from the Reagan airport with access to a Metro stop. The rate was surprisingly reasonable on a holiday weekend. The room was clean with central ac, well decorated and the beds have new, upscale linens. I would stay there again.

GREAT ROOM DESPITE PERSONNEL - posted on 02/23/2006

I LOVED THE ROOM AND THE RATE. RECEPTIONIST WAS SNOOTY, AND MADE US WAIT AN HOUR TO GET OUR ROOM, WHEN THE HOTEL HAD PLENTY ROOMS AVAILABLE.

My only complaint was that I was not able to stay longer. I cannot remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that had such comforable beds and bedding. The room was very spacious as well. The shuttle service was on time, drivers very courteous. I will definitely stay there on my trip to DC.

Stayed with family and friends but made feel unwelcome by some of hotel staff. Also, our room not cleaned thoroughly after few days.
