I like everything about this hotel. The only thing I did not like was the extra cost of $22.50 per day for parking

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and contained ample amenities. The staff was helpful and friendly, though the concierge didn't have a great knowledge of the area or communicate effectively. It's location was perfect, only a block from the Metro station.

We found the lobby area clean and inviting. The room we had was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and let a friend who came to visit us park for free. It is a 2 minute walk to the metro, although the metro ride into dc took us a good 45 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

The lobby area was warm and inviting, and our room far exceeded our expectations based on previous reviews I had read.

I was under whelmed by the quality of the breakfast buffet served on the weekends.

The Sheraton Crystal City Hotel is located just outside of Washington D.C. Being so close to the city makes it a great place to stay to explore. Whether your travel plans include sightseeing, lobbying for a political cause, visiting the Smithsonian, the Holocaust Museum, the National Zoo or simply enjoying the rich history, culture and recreation offered in D.C., the Sheraton Crystal City Hotel is perfectly positioned. The Metro Station, the subway system that serves the city, has a station adjacent to the Crystal City and the Crystal City is just one mile from the Ronald Reagan National Airport. 210 guest rooms and 10 meeting rooms with a total of 16,000 square feet of meeting space make the Sheraton Crystal City a popular choice for weddings, conventions, meetings, bar/ bat mitzvahs, Class reunions and other social functions.

How could anyone resist, first of all, the rooftop swimming pool with a view looking out at the Skyline of the nation's capitol? And even if the weather isn't conducive to rooftop swimming, the fitness center is on the top floor. I can't imagine the joy that would come from riding an exer-cycle while looking out at the tip tops of the White house, the Smithsonian, and the rest of the city. Recent online reviews are overwhelmingly positive. The hotel's most recent renovation was finished in March of 2008. Guests were most pleased with the quality and price of the food at the restaurant and the room service and the friendly and hospitable concierge staff.
