Nice sized room, great location, staff were mostly helpful. Only problem was that the water did not get hot enough for a shower, even after allowing 10 min (wasted water) for it to heat up. ? Problem of being on the 9th floor.

Location and size of the room; shuttle service to airport.

No hot water.

Good location, good room, friendly staff. Doors don't work after hours with the key (we had to be let in by security) and our request for another towel was ignored. Good hotel but not great.

Convenient and front desk staff was friendly.

They did not provide the extra towel or forgotten shaving cream we asked for.

Convenient parking within hotel-and no charge for parking.

Elevator area from parking garage could use some paint, etc.

This is a stylish hotel in a great location, close to both the nations capital and great shopping at Crystal City. That is the view of several guests who have stayed at this Holiday Inn. Many said the rates were reasonable for the top quality accommodation and the professional team of employees provided lots of helpful hints about sightseeing and the best places to dine and shop. Those who dined at the hotels restaurant said the meals were good and not expensive, particularly if you have children. Here younger members of the family eat for free.
