The Comfort Inn at Ballston was extremely convenient to everything - metro, shopping, restaurants. The parking is located in an interior courtyard and was well lit at night. The staff was courteous, helpful and professional. I would definitely stay there again.
Location; security; interior parking; fitness center with security.
Elevator #2 wasn't entirely dependable. The grout in the bathroom tile (in shower) was moldy and black; needed bleach.

Excellent. Spacious room with two double beds and desk with internet connection in room. There was also a PC set up in the lobby for no-charge use by guests. Parking was within a courtyard and an Indian Cuisine restaurant was located across the courtyard. A large breakfast room offers complementary cereal and juice or you can make your own toast or waffle.
Newly refurbished.
Would have liked a small refrigerator & microwave.

The staff working at this hotel is very friendly and is more than willing to give a lending hand. Thanks to them the property is maintained very clean and tidy all throughout who offer expedite check in. The accommodations are very clean, well furnished and offer plentiful space to move around. Beds are also sure to accommodate even the pickiest sleepers. Although breakfast isn’t anything to write home about, it is freshly prepared and well stocked. The free wireless internet connection works as desired and keeps a stable signal. The property is also within easy reach of many dining and shopping options and conveniently located near highways 66.
