The pet-friendly Residence Inn by Marriott Alexandria Old Town comprises 240 suites ideally suited to the extended stay business traveler or families on vacation. The eight-story, non-smoking hotel is located in the historic old town area within walking distance of a wide range of shops and restaurants. The property is close to the King Street DC metro station enabling an easy journey to downtown DC with its myriad of monuments and memorials. Items included with the room rate are a breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, a manager’s reception on Monday through Thursday evenings, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The hotel has three meeting rooms for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 50 guests.
