Our time at the Sheraton Suites in Old Town Alexandria was enjoyable. The parking was a little difficult, and our room was very far away from the elevator which made it hard with all of our luggage. The room was amazing. They had everything we needed. It was a very comfortable experience.

This hotel happened to be just a perfect place for me and my husband to spend Saturday night at Alexandria, VA. No strange odors, no annoying noise from heating/cooling system, apparently they are hidden somewhere, yet the desired condition could be easily adjusted. The balcony door could be opened, the feature that was especially appreciated on a sunny morning happened to us. Bed, pillows, shower, towels everything was great. The stuff was very friendly, too. Will love to come back there.

Very clean and happy place. Bed was very comfortable, pillows were excellent. Overall great experience.

Wish pool was open late hours.

The king suite was very nice. Clean room, supplied hand lotion was a nice extra, fitness room was nice, and bed was comfy. Minuses: TV didn't offer many channels, pool was closed one day when it should have been open, pool could use lap lane for people who want to swim laps.

Clean and neat room and comfortable bed.

The pool was not open as advertised one day.

Sheraton Suites Old Town is minutes away from Reagan National Airport, the Pentagon, Crystal City, the Lyceum, Torpedo Factory Art Center, Gadsbys Tavern Museum, World War II Memorial, restaurants and shops. The hotel is complete with a patio, Olympic-size pool, fitness center and Link@ Sheraton experienced with Microsoft. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet can be accessed from the club lounge. The Sheraton offers a scheduled shuttle service to the Metro free-of-cost. The pet-friendly Sheraton boasts a comprehensive range of amenities for convenience, comfort and confidence. Many guests were happy with well-maintained roomy suites, in-room amenities, courtesy shuttle, a wide variety of dishes for breakfast, beverages at the restaurant, access to public computers and helpful staff. However, others were disappointed with pool closure, charges for unused services and poor customer service. Almost all visitors complained about a fee for internet and parking, and additional charge for breakfast.
