Hilton Mark Center - posted on 09/06/2006

This is a beautiful hotel! I did experience some trouble checking in- when attempting to extend my stay I was given a hard time b/c I booked through a third party. I had to check out and back in on the last day- a big pain! Overall it was nice, but not worth the $$$

Great Stay for the Money - posted on 04/27/2006

The Good: The room was larger than I expected, and the bathroom was beatiful. The hotel was minutes away from the DC monuments. The Bad: Room service got my order wrong twice in a row. However, they did not charge me for part of the order once I complained.

No complaints! - posted on 12/08/2005

Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for shooting in and out of DC. It?s only about a 10 minute drive to the Smithsonian Museums and the Washington Monument. I Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay - posted on 12/08/2005

I was at the hotel for only one night, but it was a great night. There were several conferences happening, but the event staff did a great job.

Awesome bed! - posted on 09/15/2005

Shuttle service was great, staff was very friendly, tour information was helpful, restaurant in lobby was good, king sized bed was EXCELLENT, very comfy! Only disappointing thing was the tennis courts were being worked on, that's one of the main reasons I stayed at this hotel.

Kids thought it was a 5 star - posted on 07/30/2005

Kids thought it was great and must be a 5 star after visiting the bathroom downstairs. But I'm a little more optimistic. The wireless wouldn't connect and their tech support was poor, basically told me to go to the office and get a wireless access point. Then finally able to sign in and discover it's an extra 9.95 a day. Then to make me extra happy they charge another $13 a day to park on their lot. Needed a jacuzzi, the pool was swamped with kids everywhere so hard to just sit an relax.

ant and loud noise - posted on 04/08/2005

My stay was horrible. Many teenagers on a field trip were unsupervised on my floor. There was constant traffic and doors slamming well past midnight on my floor. This happened for four nights. There were ants in the bedroom and twice the toiletrees were not replenished.

Run dont walk away from this place - posted on 03/09/2005

Overpriced dump in need of immediate renovation and restaffing does not begin to describe how bad this excuse for a hotel is. We stayed, one night, in one of the two best rooms in the Hotel, apparently their "Honeymoon suite" it barely fit for a convicts congical vist. FYI they are both "smoking rooms as they appaernely do not have a policy of segregating smoking and non smoking rooms. Their definition of non-smoking is that if you are not smoking in the room itsa no smoking.
