Great location, clean room but bed was hard and bathroom is small.

Facility was clean, didn't like packing suitcase up flight of stairs, missed breakfast because the time wasn't correct on the brochure. I would stay again if ever in Abingdon again.
Swimming area was very pleasant.
Time for continental breakfast was wrong so I missed breakfast.

While the Comfort Inn Abingdon may be getting up there in years and needs to update its furniture and inside decor, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Beware, however, that some rooms overlook the highway and/or parking lot, so traffic noise can be a problem for light sleepers. The complimentary breakfast is standard, nothing exceptional, but the waffle maker seems to make really great waffles. In addition to the comfort and cleanliness, the staff is friendly and helpful.
