I was pleased with my room and the service. I was disappointed to learn that I could not receive credit for my Marriot Rewards Card because I made my reservation on line. For all future reservations I will call the hotel directly. BTW, please send a copy of my invoice stating that is has been paid in full for reimbursement purposes. Thank you

I have stayed here on numerous ocasions for business however due to inconsistencies with housekeeping, I have had to seek accomodations elsewhere. Repeatedly my room wasn't cleaned and on two occasions, I was given rooms in which the beds were not changed - - merely the covers were pulled back. I cannot recomend.

Overall it was a great experience. Early Sunday morning, the hotel was without electricity from 2am-5am which was a bit of a pain. We had to navigate through the hotel and our hotel room with a glow stick. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to other people.

The room was classy - updated and so comfortable - the bed was awesome for being away from home - very very comfortable ! The staff was pleasent, articulate, and knowledgable as well as curteous. Will definately stay there again!

Great hotel, close to the airport and downtown. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Had free internet access in the lobby and a convenience store. Had a wonderstay with no problems. The only complaint I had was that I didn;t know the area very well and the staff wasn't very helpful in navigating for me where to go and what to do. They couldn't even tell me what the best restaurant in town was. Also be warned that housekeeping comes very very early so put your do not disturb sign up. Overall, extremely happy with this stay and would stay here again and recommend it to anyone I know.

Hi, When I Went To Stay At My Local Courtyard I Was Pleasently Suprised How Much Of A Change It Was From The Other Local Hotels. The Courtyard Was Much Brighter And The Staff Was So Friendly. I Was Also Glad To See That The Hot Tub Had Been Cleaned That Day As Was The Rest Of The Room. It Was A Very Fresh Feeling Walking Into A Clean Smelling Hotel Room

Close to shopping, clean, neat lobby and rooms. Unfortunately, lights when out temporarily that night so we were not able to watch TV or read a book.

We experienced a black out that lasted well into the night. The hotel's only discount was a free breakfast buffet. I think we should have had our room rate deducted.

The staff was absolutely wonderful!! They went out of their way to help my stay be the best it could be.They shuttled me to a restaurant so I wouldn't have to walk in the rain, which they didn't have to do. My room was clean and comfy. Kudos to them!!
