New site for our visit as usual location booked - was pleased to discover that for half the price we had a great visit. Two adults and two largish dogs all happy with site. Chose small one bed suite/room - fit two dog beds and still had room to walk! Nice access for dog walking -even in the rain- noise from other rooms minimal and rather muffled which helped dogs to adjust to new noises easily. Staff provided first floor for ease of dogs. Rating = Terrific

We were more than pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, the kitchen with full size appliances and all necessary cooking and eating utensils, full size table with chairs.

this place is good for what i would consider, "the average joe." It has a real homely feel. And we were able to drive an agreeable distance to stowe and to burlington.

The room was great; the staff was great. The accomadations were perfect for our family of four.
