Great location, across the street from lake and walking distance to Church Street. This is a new hotel with chic and sophisticated decor. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious, but lack mirrors. The breakfast buffet is very good but restaurant is not big so cannot accommodate many people at same time. I would greatly recommend this hotel.

Wait times for breakfast seating at restaurant lobby area is not spacious.

The 116-room Courtyard by Marriott Burlington Harbor is one of the citys newest hotels and provides quality accommodation for both business and leisure traveler. The eight-story, non-smoking property is steps away from Lake Champlain, Burlington Town Center, and the Church Street Marketplace. Items included in the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls and a morning newspaper. Area attractions include the Vermont Teddy Bear Factory, ECHO on the Lake, Shelburne Museum and Shelburne Farms. The hotel has three meeting room for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 125 guests.

All the guestrooms, and 11 suites, have a work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access, 32-inch LCD high-definition television with cable movie channels, pay-per-view movies, alarm clock, pull-out sofa bed, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, coffee and tea making facilities, wet bar and two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone. Many rooms have a large shower area and no bathtub. Rooms that are more expensive have a two-person Jacuzzi and separate shower.

This is a great hotel in a great location. That is the opinion of many who have stayed at this Marriott property. Many people liked the idea of having a large shower stall and no bathtub. Other highlights were the wonderful views of Lake Champlain, high-definition flat-screen televisions and a crew of employees anxious to please.
