Hotel was amazing! I love Double Trees! This happened to us (quite a problem since my husband and I are allergic), but the hotel was able to move us into a non-smoking room.

Guests absolutely love this hotel, and overwhelming, they'd want to stay here again. The beds are comfortable, the towels are fluffy, sheets and pillows plush. For the close proximity to the airport and major roadways, noise is at a minimum, though depending on where you are, you might be walking a bit. If you want a room near the pool, request one. One guests recommends that pet owners get a room in the D building for easy access to a walking area. The restaurant received less stellar reviews, but the hotel is also close to other eateries and shops. In particular, Al's French Fries is a fun, easy food stop near the hotel. Parents of nearby college students will love this lodging, and ask at the desk -- you may get a surprise discount.
